RS's first fixie build thread.
Picked up this a few days ago, PO had already removed all the cable stops etc and rattled it. So I gave in and ordered a flip flop rear wheel for it, should be done by new years.

Spent some time on it today, redid the headset, swapped out the bottom bracket and threw on the cranks I plan to use, as well as digging up a seatpost and stem, here's where she is in progress right this second.

The bars and wheels aren't staying, I have a front for it already and I think I know what bars from my pile I plan to use as well, any feed backs welcome.
