Saddam was a Sunni Muslim, I believe. He wouldn't/couldn't be able to depict the prophet anyways.

He probably wasn't big on Orthodox Christian iconography regardless.

Quoting for page 46. Can anyone identity that front fork for me? |

While strange I don't think the Concept with front disc is really jack.

There's a ton of those types of wheel kits out there. People buy them for Burning Man bikes.
"Important Wheel Information" Translation - "We don't know anything about spoke counts so we're just going to post two ambigious pictures. Our lawyers say it's the best way to keep from getting sued when this thing gets caught in your spokes and causes you to crash." Seriously, how many spokes are on that wheel on the right? 100? I know Tandems have higher spoke counts, not that high. |

Had a gt dyno with a radial front, mustve been 60h
|
I've seen quite a few radial rears on BMX bikes. Guess they can do that cause they have more spokes than I can count.

I lose track on an Aerospoke. Aging has its drawbacks.

OT disc brake non-sense (might be on topic because I might be a JA);
I've been interested in doing a disc brake conversion (coming from a car back ground, I think it would be the bees knees on my bike). My current axel to crown is 387mm and (according to Mr Brown) if I select a 395mm axel to crown fork, my geometry should not be greatly impacted. Although, I would much prefer this due to the visual appeal, the 2cm difference will change stuff around, oh and it has a tapered steerer. Most disc forks I've found have 45mm, identical to my current set up. Am I on the right track? Would I even notice a change in headtube angle? Will my universe implode? Should I STFU and stick with rim brakes? |
