Bikes: thats none of your information BF
I have seen some jaw dropping jackassery in denver lately, really wish I could have snapped some pics.
Saw mid 40s guy in boot cut jeans riding a complete Giant Omnium brakeless (obvi) with $10 flat pedals (no retention) and risers the width of his palm. To top it off he locked it up to a railing right underneath a giant "Do Not Lock Bikes Against Railing" sign.
But hey, he is in on this hot new "fixie" fad!

The amount of stupid people in the world hurts my brain sometimes.

Didn't have time to examine closer, but it looks like a long time ago it was a good racing machine - dual pivot brakes, aero levers, nice stem; probably early-to-mid 90s... Not your average bike boom 10-speed. Cassette and shifters still in place, but derailerectomy has been performed. When I see a good bike abused like this I really wish I could set it free, restore it to it's former glory and give it to someone who can appreciate it. And live a cheap MTB/city bike for it's former user.

Although that seat is hard to believe. And the stupid angles on the lights, and the lack or bar tape, and the shifter levers still being there, and it looks like the brake levers are at weird angles too. Alright the bike is pretty jack, just your rant was stupid

Damn dog, where the **** can you get insurance for 600 a year?
Try 400 a month.
My 67 year old gma with no tickets or accidents in the last 20 years can't even get insurance for under 1000 dollars a year.
Das why I own three bikes.

For reals? Other than Sixty Fiver I don't think there are many people around here that appreciate 28lb loose ball bearing bikes. There are thousands of these bikes sitting in sheds and garages rusting. I'd rather see a bike have it's gears removed and ridden then sit in a shed.
