^^^We had one of those at a shop I used to work at. I could only ride it in a straight line. Every time I tried initiating a turn it would just tip over. I even tried loosening the kingpin on the truck to no appreciable effect.
The owner was always buying these bizarre bikes on eBay... We once had one of these old Nordictrack bikes that had a metallic band brake on this auxiliary rim and changed gears by enlarging the chainring:

At one point we also had a frame that was a rectangular steel beam with many holes drilled in it to place the BB, headset, and seatpost in a number of different spots. I can't find any photos of one. I really wish I had a picture of that crazy bike.
