He's actually the second coming of the Easter Bunny and his bike is like that so no-one is tempted to steal it. Guess he's learnt from all those victims he's helped.

Which almost guarantees it's rubbish. Looks like it's been left out in the sun and melted ... buy maybe that's just the photographer's stupidity in imagining that 'art' is more important than actually letting people see the bike properly.
