Inexpensive Single Speed wheel for IRO Jamie Roy?
Good evening
So after putting my bikes away in storage for three years after college, I'm taking them out again and finding that I simply do not possess the stamina I used to have. And apparently I did not posses the wisdom to buy a flip flop hub. In short, my fixed gear is kicking my butt. I had planned on purchasing a single speed wheel from the IRO website, but it appears to not exactly be up to the standards they once held.
So while working back up to what I used to be at, I'd like to purchase a relatively inexpensive single speed wheel and I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions where to purchase that online. As I haven't done much with bicycles for three years, I would very much appreciate vendor suggestions.
Thank you very much

You're gonna need some tools, or a bike shop.
Pull the lock ring off, pull the cog off, install the freewheel.
You're gonna need a lock ring wrench, and a chain whip. I don't think you need a freewheel tool until you remove it.
I'd bet if you bought the freewheel at a shop, they'd install it for real cheap if not free.
Does your hub have threads on both sides?
