Today I snapped the chain on the dmr, which managed to get in the spokes and wreck the wheel, where I notice the axle is messed up on the hub. Put the old wheel on(yes the one with the surly hub.) I don't think I will ever complain about surly hubs ever again, very easy to replace an axle.

Which Chrome bag do you have? Also how do you like it? I'm looking for a bag with a few more pocketed compartments. My bag only has 1 main pouch and a small zip pouch on the inside, its really basic and plain. I've been trying to decide between Chrome of Mission Workshop

So me and the roommates rollers came in today and after about a six pack we unpacked them and tried them out, getting started without something to grab onto was kind of an issue but after that, it's cake. I don't know why people think they are difficult, here's a video of me after like 30 seconds of roller time, I know I'm super bouncy but it happens.
Also, buttcrack.

last night went out for a bro night with my buddy whos gettin married next week, 2 dudes bailed so we just hopped around to a bunch bars in the city
went to mcsorleys which is the awesomest most irish drunk place ever, could stay there all day
then went to johnnys no 43, the most hipster place ive ever encountered but lemme say, these hipsters know how to do craft artesinal limited run handmade homestyle everything right
craft beers with chipotle so good it was like you were eating a pepper filled with booze, and probably the best cider ive ever had, was like homeade applesauce still hot from the pot
then grits with shrimp and thick cut bacon, goddamn.
glad those other dudes bailed cuz we wouldve just went to some ****haus and stayed there all night drinking bud light

Today I noticed a dent in my TT. I haven't the slightest of clue how or when it happened? It's tiny I'm not worried about it but I am confused.

Don't ever hang a bike with hydraulic brakes....air in the system is generally a non-issue until it reaches the lever. The good news is now you know you have air in the lines, so all it probably needs is a simple bleed.

today i realized that after accomplishing my main goals for the year (acquire road bike, do brevet of 120+ miles, and climb bear mtn) that i was taking riding way too seriously for a good portion of this year
now i want a short ride bike with risers to just be casual on and a mtb to catch some air
