Fresh Garbage
I ran over a scaffolding nail on the way home this evening. Luckily I was near a shop that gave me some scrap Velox to boot the rim and tire.
I'm going to keep riding it to see how long it lasts. I'm pissed because I rebuilt this wheel a few months ago after banging a flat spot into it.

My ex hit me up this Friday for my birthday and asked if I wanted birthday sex, we end up going out and getting drunk and she told me she now has no plans of sleeping with me. I guess that's why she had the nickname "Crazy".
Edit for bike stuff : Today I got down again on some rollers and wish I could get rid of my Leader and buy an actual bike.

I'm souped for my 2hr tempo ride tmrrw.

I've only tried to do that once (it was ok for exactly 2 weeks before it got terrible again) and it really takes both people having exactly the same intentions (eg: none) to make it work. I very much doubt that's the case.
