there was a second hand store in phoenix that sold furniture and such i used to buy from occasionally when i lived in peoria and phoenix.
J&K furniture i think. warehouse style layout. I usually found good finds through them.
worth a try!
edit:
the times i visited them, all of what they had to sell was cleaned and in good shape. completely different than a good will or savers i might add.
been a few years though.

I think we might have found something at Crate & Barrel, gonna go check it out next weekend. I was trying to avoid those types of stores, but it looks decent and is reasonably priced.
Home stuff, ugh.
I know that feeling. The hair on my arm is starting to grow back now which is driving me nuts.

I definitely wouldn't post a ridiculously huge image-heavy post on BFSSFG; I'd post it on my own damn blog. I guess I'm just used to other parts of the internet where self-promotion and shilling is quickly deleted, with prejudice.

I think we might have went there, I think they changed their name. That's where we found the black 80's couch.

+1 My GF gets sucked into ****** on a daily basis and I just can't deal with the "internet caption contest"
After spending a week fiddling with TRP CX8.4s on my CX bike, last night I finally got them dialed in. Finding the right balance of toe-in and rim clearance was a huge PITA.

Still kicking.
Today I rode street and gave the dmr some much needed attention as in new bottom bracket.

Tried to ride my bike today after an eleven hour work day but my lights started dying 20 minutes into it so I just cut back and went home and ate ****** egg salad instead.

rode my bike to work today for the first time in a while. temp was in the high teens. i was worried about, well, everything but the ride was totally fine.
somehow a single ten mile bike ride didn't magically erase all the winter laziness + polar vortex + holiday face stuffing weight gain wtf.

word. i'm lucky that for me "weight gain" is at most like 5 lbs (i actually don't weigh myself because bodies are for doing things not for being weighed and judged so that's just a guess.) it's really just the lack of activity makes me feel gross and flabby more than any real significant changes.
