I like to stretch out with yoga in the winter.

It's above freezing, but we have white out conditions. So today i'll be trying not to crash.

i would actually prefer it to be a little cooler right now, mainly because it sucks balls to work when it feels like summer outside.

so nice

What do you wear? Don't you overheat after a few minutes getting warmed up?
I hate the 20 or 30 degree difference through the day too. Riding would be bliss if it never went over 60.

well for the last few weeks by the time i finish my ride its 60F, so i overheat a little but i can peel off layers.

start w jersey + arm warmers (or LS jersey), bibs, knee or leg warmers, wind vest, cotton gloves. by the time the ride is over, everything (meaning vest, gloves and arm warmers) is in my pockets except the knee/leg warmers. I leave those on.

also, unzipping the jersey and wind vest just a little bit can dump a lot of cool air into my chest if I'm feeling a little stuffy in the earlier part of my ride.

50 degrees is shorts and shirt weather for sure. It's been getting to 50s here for a peak and I start sweating like a pig.
