Put a couple ounces of sealant in my tires this morning. Less messy than expected.

Got a puncture (no flat though) last night coming home. Pretty good size chunk of glass.

How bad was the air loss before it resealed itself?

Going stir crazy being in bed for two days. I may have to convert my bike to fixed gear to occupy myself. I wish I hadn't sold my good wheel :(

Dannihilator 04-05-14 09:54 PM

Today I put in 42 miles.

hairnet 04-05-14 10:41 PM

Looks like I'm riding fixed at Ciclavia tomorrow.

Probably 15 pounds or so. Was still very rideable.

TMonk 04-06-14 01:04 PM

This morning I drove to the velodrome for madison workout, but forgot that it was cancelled due to the swap meet. lol /idiot

I drove home and hammered out a hard z3/4 ride. Up next: beach!

That's not bad at all.

Do you use Stans? The only thing I regret from playing around with tubeless is that now I associate my mtb with the smell of latex :(

You should do the PCH Randonneurs Fleche in May. 24 hours, minimum 360km.

TMonk 04-06-14 07:21 PM

I'll pass, not interested in riding a bike for that long lol.

Dannihilator 04-06-14 08:39 PM

Today I put in a street session.

iTripped 04-06-14 09:40 PM

Today I had to cut my ride short due to back pain. An old injury flared up again and for a while, being on the bike was one of the few comfortable positions I could be in. But it didn't last and the final dismount confirmed that I made the right decision to quit before hurting myself. Will rest up on pain killers tonight and see how I do tomorrow.

TMonk 04-06-14 09:46 PM

Hope u feel better soon and that it was a minor flare up

rex615 04-07-14 05:25 AM

It is good you had the presence of mind to stop, when you are on the bike, somehow it doesn't seem as serious in spite of the pain.

Hope you get better soon.

Dixie Gentleman 04-07-14 11:30 AM

Today I found out.
