Today i witnessed a sparrow brutally murder a cicada by holding it by its wings and repeatedly bash it against the ground. Metal.

Been an interesting couple days. Saturday, especially. Crashed on the way in to work, had a crappy shift, and then flatted on the way home. Swapped tube no problem, but the co2 canister in my inflator (which I had put in and only used once to top off a tire mid ride because it was colder out than I thought) was ****ing empty. Luckily a guy riding past had a frame mounted pump he let me use. My ride yesterday hurt too, because I was all sore and such from crashing the day before.

Co2 is typically a one shot deal, dont expect it to work after a couple days in your bag once you break the seal

Today is my birthday. I'm old.

Still feeling hungover from the WNBR/Afterparty, hopefully I can get some miles in after work since I barely rode at all this weekend.

Crappy weather today so I ran the stairs in my building instead of running/biking. Did 40 flights. Time to cook some dinner.

The first one I screwed into the adapter I didn't think was seated properly, unscrewed it and the co2 shot out.

But yeah, buying in bulk from amazon works well for those.

Haha, one time this spaced out lady saw the CO2 cannisters in the shop and aked "Why do you guys sell whippets?"
