Today I am having coughing fits.

Forest fires in the Cohutta wilderness, Tennessee and western North Carolina and a north wind have a blanket of smoke over the entire northern half of Georgia. Was bad Friday, not so much yesterday but today is really bad.

Damn drought.

That will never happen. I will not own gumwall tires. You can mark this down and keep for future reference.

You are officially a roadie.

The next level is to add a summer base layer under the bib straps. Super comfy and looks pro when you lower the jersey zipper on a hot day.

The Craft Cool Mesh are sometimes as low as $15 on Amazon.

Just wait till you try a set of nice tires like veloflex masters or the old open corsa with latex tubes. Life changing

Tenspeed,

Ok you have my curiosity on the wire now about gumwalls. What is your aversion to them if'n you don't mind me askin'?.........

There's some bikes I think they look great on and others that they look downright goofy.

This weekend i was up for 42 hrs, did 2 night laps of worlds toughest mudder during downtime at "work"

Jumped off some cliffs

Drank some beer

Ate all the food

Drank a gallon of liquid caffeine

Inhaled a metric ****ton of Nevada dust

Got the feels at the finish line when the 24hr mark ticked over and everyone crossed the line for the last time, many filthy tears were shed.

Its truly incredble how much the human body is capable of

Can't stand em. Not on a modern bike, not on an aero track bike, not on a matte black carbon road bike, not on a tri bike with deep wheels. You want to fix up that old steel roadie with downtube shifters? Put em on that, old steel wheels, that vintage Panasonic hanging up in your grandfather's garage....that's what I feel like they belong on. Just my opinion. I hate em on everything else though, everything.
