Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

Not quite as good in West Georgia as in West Monroe.

But, I don't have to live in Louisiana.

Pure climate, Georgia is bad enough.

Carlton made the great escape.

I think you won the thread (I mean that as a compliment) - also, that stem-mounted koozie rocks. I lol'd at the picture of your buddy holding you up.

It's good to see that Angie's old bike is being put to good use.

The rules say it has to me, not necessarily my bike.

Drink and food vendor on the cycle-path took my pic while I sat on his bike.

Didn't actually get to ride it, but with cart steering I don't think I would want to go over 5 mph.
