Anyone have information on HELIOS frames?

I recently picked up a HELIOS PISTA Carbon fixed gear track bike. It was at a liquidation from a high end italian bike shop in Vancouver Canada. The shop really only had 3 types of frames : Cramerotti (which are created by the guy who owned the bike shop), Quintana Roo, and Helios.

I cannot find any information on Helios bikes anywhere. It is NOT Polygon. A google search of Helios Pista brings up that company, which is different.

Came With:

Helios carbon Frame
Helios carbon Forks
Helios carbon seat post
Deda carbon Phazer bars
Deda carbon Arimo stem
Miche Pista RD WR Wheels
Miche hubs
Miche Advanced Crank
San Marco Saddle

For $1000.

Anyone have any info on Helios? Thanks...

BTW - if it helps to see the Helios logo - this link IS NOT my bike. This is a Helios road bike that I believe was purchased from the same liquidation - and then sold just in the last few days on Craigslist... It's the only other trace of Helios bikes I can find on the net....

Might've been a chinacarbon reseller that just bought frames direct from China and slapped their own decals on that folded.

Thanks - you are right. I went by the liquidation again - and they had a rack of MTB frames - same carbon weave - with the Helios name on it. Then there was a rack of identical carbon frames - but with a different name on them. thanks!
