Riser bar angle?

Just got a new set of bars for my FG, it's my first set of risers (Nitto B260AA). I'm trying to figure out what a good starting point is in terms of setting the angle. Do most people try and match the angle of the headtube, or maybe the angle of the fork? I know I'll probably have to adjust it once I ride, but was curious if anyone had any tips.

When i had risers i eyeballed the bend that went from the clamp area to the bars (the straightest angle) and put that at a 90degree to the floor

They're your bars, man. Do what you like. I typically keep mine at 90° or tipped back just slightly.
