Ratio help

Ratio help
So I need a good gear ratio for a fixed gear. I am currently running 50/16 and I have a 3 mile hill on my way to school, its like a flat hill not to steep but you can still feel it. i just want to change my back cog. this is my second fixie so i have experience riding.
