I am in the market for a new frame to replace my converted schwinn road bike frame. My budget is around 600 for the frame. Ive been looking on ebay and craigslist but i haven't found anything really good. I really like the look of the slanted down tube in pursuit style frames, i know they're not legit pursuit bikes.

Ive been looking at the Spicer Pursuit Frame and the Leader Heritage Lo among others, does anyone have any experience with these?

Lo Pro's good. I like mine. They are weirdly sized though, so get yourself measured accurately and check your figures against the geo charts to see if it will work for you.

I recently built up a Spicer track frame. I love it but it's not the prettiest bike around. The welds are pretty chunky. The benefit of Spicer is that he'll do custom geo or other custom-ish features at a very low cost. If you're looking for a standard size/geo, there are probably nicer options at that price.
