Identify this bike by Bianchi.

Hello everyone. I am new here and have been browsing the threads. I have done some research but can not find some definite answers. I am trying to identify this bike made by Bianchi. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks! (Click the picture)

The person who is selling it says it is a "Reparto Corsa Mega Pro Light Track RACE frame".

I think you are being overly generous with your $400 offer. That frameset is very ordinary and I wouldn't pay more than $150 for the frame + fork. The bottom bracket and chain add very little value and the used Chris King headset is maybe worth $50, so perhaps $200 but no more.

You could probably get a complete used Pista for $400. As Tejano said you should offer $150 but if you already offered $400 you may have blown that chance.
