I'm not being as harsh as that sounds (I've just got home from work and dead tired). If the company has the will, I'm sure you'll get there, but the company's reputation has taken a hit and that can not be taken back with platitudes. Maybe the new company plan is just to cover mass production. When my local wheel builders stop telling me to steer clear of Velocity, I'll look at them.

Therein lies your problem. The Australian Velocity rims were a high quality product. The American ones are just another product. Keep working on the 'trying to improve' and maybe you won't have to say 'we're not perfect'.
