thanks for all your help guys. As you can see i've been putting my trainer to good use. Seriously though, i bought a heart rate monitor and a cyclomter so i can train it up in my house.

the beer was giving me a gut, so i had to cut back. and because i'm so used to drinking beer i go through hard alcohol too fast, so wine, seemed like a good choice.
