Knee Brace things

So my knee, which took the brunt of an accident with an Audi two years ago has finally reared its pestering head after two years of relative silence. Its never really bothered me before but lately anytime I hop on my FG, I'll suffer some fatigue and aching in it.

Does anyone use any sort of knee bracing or pad thingy on here? please recommend some options.

I've been slacking on my riding and general fitness this summer so I attribute the recent bother to my knee and surrounding muscles being out of bike shape.

Check your bike fit. Knee pain is usually related to that. Unless you are pushing too big of a gear, mashing up hills constantly, etc.

The Ace neoprene knee braces and the like don't do much of anything, except slide around and offer little to no support.
