What the heck are these called ? Replace or rebuild ?

I purchased this bike and I have a little problem because the front hub is bent and tons of spokes are broken. Second issue is it's the wrong colour. I was quoted 140 to fix the front wheel and 30 to repair the back.

1). Does it make sense to repair these or buy a new pair ?(Size 700x 23)

a. If repair where in Toronto is reasonably priced to rebuild this wheel ?
b. Where and what kind of wheels should I be purchasing (looking cheap)

2). What is the name brand of the wheels as they are not on a label or marked?

3). Does 700c relate to this bike tire size ? 23 is the width ?

Little do you know, that is the extremely rare & valuable Hello Kitty model with the optional kickstand and ultra slippery plastic pedals.
Devotees will pay huge $$$ for one w/ an un-damaged front wheel.

You were certainly quick on the draw, though. I deleted that about 2 seconds after posting it.

No brake? No foot retention? There's more than wheels to worry about here.

A pink deep V in the bush may (or may not) be worth two in the hand.

The bike was 99. USD. for my 14 year old daughter. 30 bucks for shipping. Wheels were dammaged in shipping however box didn't have holes or visable damage.

So contact the place you bought it from, have them file an insurance claim with the shipping company and send you a new wheel.

I have a brake kit. Just can't find a pair of wheels for less then 160. I want a used set or cheap set.
