Seat Post Question

I have a bicycle that I want to put the tan seat on. The attachment is different because of the different styles of seats, Is there an adapter to fit this type of new seat to the older clamp styled post. I bought a new post but the frame is tinier than the 25mm seat post that is new. Any help or references to a smaller seat post that will fit the smaller frame is awesome. Thanks

You should measure the size of the old 2 piece seatpost and then buy another seatpost that's the same width.

That black saddle is far inferior to the modern system of today as we see with your tan saddle.

All you need is one of these. Everybody sells them, and cheap.

Haha I was actually going to say that in my original post until I noticed something was just not right about that black saddle.
The adjustment part is actually welded to the black seat; i.e. the black seat doesn't have rails.

Considering the wide availability of modern cheapie 1 piece seatposts from china, OP might be able to get away with one provided he finds the size.
Otherwise what squidpuppet said.
