Bike Ident - What is this thing?

I just found this bike at a yard sale, anyone have any ideas as to what it is? It looks like a custom assortment of parts, but I'm not sure. The frame has no markings on it whatsoever. Help!

Bikes: 34 frames + 82 wheels

It's a very rare Muy Barato Pedazo de Mierda. Worth millions.

I'm not so certain. It is missing the Del Louis modified head-to-seat linkage unique to the Pedazo.
