Always seems to be a trade off; ride the afternoon when it is 95 and 60%RH or 6:00a when it is 80 and 99% RH. I've been doing the mornings but the humidity saps my energy as much as the heat. The amount of water I lose in an hour ride is amazing on average 2lbs and it's dark outside!
