My wife and I will be driving through Nashville and would like to stay there for two or three days to ride some mountain bike trails.
We are looking for some single track trails for Beginner and Intermediate.
If someone has any info of what to do and places to ride We would greatly appreciate it.

Nashville has several bike trails. https://www.nashville.gov/Parks-and-R...ails/Maps.aspx lists a few. I usually walk part of the Stones River Greenway below Percy Priest Dam on I-40 east every weekend the temp is above 50. Someday I plan to bring my bike and go from the dam to Shelby Bottoms park downtown. For strictly mountain bike trails, try this https://www.nashville.gov/News-Media/...-at-Cane-Ridge which lists several trails. Maybe someone who uses these trails around Nashville will chime in with real experiences.

From qcwa48's links...
the Warner Park trails have been highly recommended..

I haven't ridden them as I'm a M-F commuter and not much of a weekend recreational rider.
