Ordered two from Nytro, after having no luck at Cynergy, Helen's, Performance and Triathlon Lab.

that's actually a new addition to the website... it didn't have that on there when I bought mine... I'm now wondering if I need to change out my brakes?

Those are high on my wish list, as well. Not aero, but seem like the perfect set of climbers.

Caligurl has them also and I think they work well for her too.... its still not as easy as getting the bottles on my other bike but at least I can get them in and out on the fly ;)

actually, he broke my suitcase :p and there are days when I miss it... in spite of it being kinda dorky! Yes, with spokes I got, there's a 180lb limit... guess its because of the lightweight materials?

My Shimano's are 45's (10.5) and the Sidi's are 43.5's (?), so I'm downsizing a bit. My feet are a half size different from each other. I used to get my CCM hockey skates custom made (25 years ago) and the stock sole that the boot was built on was always a half size different so nothing has changed. It's possible that I bought the Shimano's in a bigger size to make up for the front of my feet which are wide.
I am a little worried though, my feet have never hurt and moving to a shoe that is going to be tighter...well I hope it's money well spent!

It was a couple of weeks ago but I blew one large on a new group! It was about time, I upgraded my 105/tiagra group to complete Ultegra with the Shimano FCR-700 compact crank. A week before that I also replaced the handle bars, stem, and seat post (see sig). I can't beleive the difference these changes made. The bike which I loved before is even better now! I better chill for awhile or my better half will hang me.

Went to Target and bought a little scrub with bristles. Those polar bottles with little dimples are a pain to wash, and my fancy pants OXO foam bottle cleaner thing doesn't clean it well. Almost bought a small toilet bowl brush instead, but it probably won't look so nice in the kitchen. :p

Happytime 05-27-07 07:35 PM

Dave, were those the insulated bottles you were using at GMR? How well do they work?

What with the bike in the living room and bike clothes hanging all over it and everywhere else, who'll notice a toilet brush in the kitchen...hold on, that's my place.

DaveSANYYZ 05-27-07 07:45 PM

They work very well for me. The only time they get uncomfy warm is on 3+ hrs hot rides; but in those cases I would've depleted the water already.

I mix the drink powder/water up the night before and leave them in the fridge. Some people recommend filling it halfway and leaving it in the freezer; but I'm too lazy to do that. :p

Your place is like mine then. Mine is a small studio unit with 2 bikes in the living room. The worse are the many cardboard boxes from the "build computer by parts" I did over Xmas, which I still have to throw out.

I was thinking about calling you, George, but I figured you worked in a different dept. than mail order. After my fruitless search of the local LBS, I just wanted to order it and get it over with.
BTW, your prices were 25% cheaper than anywhere else I found on the internet!
