So I rush home, gran my clothes, head back down to the San Diego store, where I get the news that it had been sent to Solana Beach, but had NOT been sold yet. So at 4:45, I hoppped on the 5 and sped north. Of any day to do that, this was itm because there was NO traffic at the 5/805 merge. Talked to the salesman, got a quick setup, took it out for a test ride, and bought it.
Congrats! Its a beauty!!!!

Actually both M and I thought the color was kind of fugly when we first saw it, but it's growing in both of us. I'll have to take a his/hers pic next week when she gets back from AZ.

Now all I have to do is do my first triathlon!!!

I like the color, it is different

Although when you are riding with M (if that is her real name) you will look kinda dorky. At least don't wear the same jersey.

The nice thing is that it's a gold anodized finish, not painted.

Not even matching Tri Club kit?

This would be one of those "take one for the team" moments, wouldn't it?

NR MiNewt X2 Dual / looking for new set of tires

Two Forté Road Ultralite Presta Tubes and NR MiNewt X2 Dual, The Duals were on backorder for three weeks. I think the wait was well worth it. Now, I have no excuse for not see what's on the ground in front of me. My only qualms are that the lights can't be individually controlled. And they are super light too.

I need some new tires for my road bike any suggestions, I am only riding for fitness. My Michelin Dynamics failed at about 300 miles with a tear in the sidewall.
