Nice Poggio's, Dial_tone!. I wasn't confident enough to rock the patent black ones, and opted for the Lance 2's. I like the fit of the Nikes, and hate the ratchet...ergo, the Poggios will probably be the next shoes I buy. What do you think of them?

I need to pick up some bike washing accessories... mainly a couple brushes. What do y'all use?

brushes? :eek: You mean for the cassette, etc. Not on the bike, right? I use this overpriced spray that I bought from budget to gently wipe mine down with a soft cloth. The rest of that crap, I leave up to the shop to do. I'd just screw up my bike somehow. :o

Yes, mainly for the cassette, wheels, chainring, etc. If I had a nice shiny bike, I wouldn't mind taking a soft brush to that, either. But my paint is a rather soft matte black... so even a soft brush would scratch it up eventually, I think. Shiny next time. Maybe titanium. :)

I just use paper towels and water for all my cleaning needs. Cheap but effective.

I don't like black shoes. They're narrower than Carnac/Specialized but I like them. I couldn't pass up a $100 deal. I even drove 2 hours to San Diego to get them. Who needs a ratchet with a sock liner?

I got the frame first but i've always been partial to black/blue color scheme. She rides nice too. I just need to cut the fork down a bit more.
