Lazy ride in San Francisco. Perfect day for a ride, and pretty good day for taking pictures.

Just a few snaps from early this morning - this is from the section that connects the upper portion of Rio Hondo with the trail that splits off to the left and goes up past the driving range before turning into an unpaved trail from Live Oak all the way up to Huntington.

Didn't have my bigger camera with me, and didn't want to use the onboard flash, so this one's kinda dark -

What? Percectly means Perfect and Perceptive all in one word. I'm smarter than you - I make up my own words and that takes incredible creativity and superior intelligence...or, creativigence.

Just wait until I get around to editing the pics I took of the graffiti, trash, and water bottles full of urine left behind by the transients . . . I guess you can call it "urban beauty"

Hey! Who you calling a 'transient'? I have a home, dammit. You can keep the bottles.

I rode down to Torrance on X'mas Day and decided to take the beach path. Here's one shot from a few I took...

EDIT: BTW, when I posted this shot on another bike forum I was scolded for laying my bike down on the drivetrain side on sand. I was fully aware of this when I made the shot but I had to show continuity as I was travelling south along the coast. The guy accused me of being an artist. I told him no, that I'm a poser.

Nice, George. I'm so jealous. Patsy is still gimpy and lonely in my apartment. Did you run into Joy down there?

I did look for her. I must have circled her block like three times then gave up so I just went over to my dad's just a few blocks away.

You should have called her! She'd come out to play. You two getting together to pose would have been pic worthy for sure!

Only managed one ride while in Phx, but it was gorgeous. This particular morning started out at 27 degrees, but I didn't head out until it hit 40. You can't really see any detail, but this is overlooking Fountain Hills on my way to Saguaro Lake.
