I tried rollers once. It's not that hard. VegaVixen was an excellent instructor.

Taking a really short break from work. I'm getting a bit stressed out. I haven't eaten all day.

Believe it or not...

INTERJECTION: I interrupt this important broadcast to tell the puritans to ignore this post.

...I have never climaxed riding a bike. I've tried to. I'll admit it. The old model of spin bikes that we had at our gym had the world's most perfect saddle for just that very thing. A couple of my female friends from the class and I use to talk about positioning during class. They both were successful. I never was.

Sigh.

No, but if only Chris were single...

He actually is very matter of fact about it and has merely observed. He is also the only rider (credible) whom I've ever met that told me not to worry about it. Apparently, some female pro racer rocks her hips too, and she does just fine. Once he told me that, I decided not to worry about it.

I have finally figured out at what level I reach my limit and say "too much information."

Have been busy for the last few days. New department at work, and in training for most of the last few days. Need to start packing up for a building/office switch too.

I was planning to ride my bike to work, but couldn't really do it with the uncertainties.

Hmm...who knew Magicant was a Puritan?

I'll admit it, I've tried to climax on the bike too...only succeeded once. Thank you, SoCal BF riders. Baldy is sullied for me henceforth.

Hell, she's just gettin' warmed up.

My 2 cents - rollers are great for making you smooth and enforcing a perfect line.

They can be fun and they can singe your carpet if not careful. They can also improve your slow speed bike handling skills.

If I'm enjoying what I'm doing, sure. But balancing and trying not to fall off is a bit much to ask during the throes of physical exertion.

I've know this to happen with ladies riding horses..
So a bike should work too. Must be nice.. hop on a bike and....
I think you need more men in the spin class

That one guy sold his wife's brand new bike on Craig's List the other day, apparently because she rode it once and became pregnant.

Well, the gauntlet was thrown down by a BF'er who shall remain nameless...asking if I was "less than a man."

The proof, as they say...is in the pudding.
