That doesn't answer the question. Why is it "nice" to carry a knife? I don't understand.

i don't understand what the big deal is. it's a knife. sometimes one needs to cut things. i know i have. and during these times, i have found that it's almost always better to have a knife than not. bonus if it weighs almost nothing.

He can peel oranges and avocados while he's waiting on the rest of us to catch up.

thats the best use of it yet I like fridays, mainly cuz I know I'll be on the bike longer then my weekday ride

I was really thinking that she just wanted you to 'enjoy' the shopping experience. Cause you know, that's what women do. As I understand it, shopping doesn't have to include buying (foreign to me, but that's how it's been explained to me in the past).
