I fit size small skinsuits without looking bulgy. As long as I continue that ability, I'm happy. Not because of looks, but knowing that being that size means I'm in good shape. Beyond that, doesn't really matter.

6'2" 280 lbs. Climbed 2,000 ft in 4 miles 3 times (M, W , F) and ran up a canyon 3 miles (Tues and Thurs) in a week. No times, that is good enough for me.

I wasn't reading that carefully, and I was thinking 22.6 minutes, not 22.6 mph. 22.6 minutes works out to about 19.5 mph. My bad.

Running times correlate somewhat with cycling, but at the speeds/ability you see in bike-racing, unless you're riding a lot, you won't be that fast on the bike. When I could run a 5k in 17:xx, I jumped on a bike and wasn't bad, but was definitely not fast enough to even keep up with a typical Cat5 cyclist.

Cheese filling with some chopped Italian parsley added for color. I'm going to try a seafood filling next.
