Somewhere around 750 miles I'd guess, though not always with the same riders. We only got it in late Spring, and sometimes it's a lot to get all four of us together to ride.

About 2400 with another 5-600 planned. Got the Trek 1000 in March. Probably another 500 on singles.

About 250 miles on a single with a trailer bike and a conventional trailer (we call this set-up the Train). The kids took turns on the trailer bike.
About 200 miles so far on the tandem (Trek T900) with a conventional trailer (or with DD peddling her own bike with training wheels--really limits our range). DS can peddle with the seat (straight post) ALL the way down, no room for a seat-post trailer bike hitch. DD is just enough smaller that she isn't stoking on the tandem yet. The T900 has an auxiliary port for attaching a Trek trailer bike without the seat post hitch, so that'll be the next purchase. I have also installed a computer now, so we'll have a better idea of our mileage from now on.
Catherine, riding with twin 5-yo stokers (YES, we want a TRIPLE!!!)

Wow that is some serious mileage you guys are stacking up. About 1/10 of my mileage is on the tandem. With small kids, always tough for both of us to get away. Our son now 4 won't ride in the trailer anymore, and is still a bit small for the tag-a-long, so until he starts schools we'll be limited to a couple organized rides a month when we get a sitter. For shorter rides, it's just easier if everyone is on a single. However, we kept our first tandem (now has a child stoker kit our daughter uses) in hopes that eventually the kids be big enough we can take rides on the two tandems - should be fun. Hopefully we'll break 1,000 next year.

We haven't ridden singles for years, so all of our miles are on the tandem.

I saw a Bike Friday last year, a family in Santa Fe had sold their second car to buy it. <g> Dad was riding it with 2 kids, Mom was on a single with a trailer for the youngest. At first I really liked it, but the smaller wheels are a hitch. Then I started seeing a triple many days right in my own town, right on my own STREET. I live 2 blocks from a grade school, and this guy was dropping his kids off at school every morning, then riding the triple to work. (Wonder how many miles HE rides a year!) He's my inspriation. He suggested the tandem/trailer bike as a stop-gap, that was how he started.
Looks like there is going to be a tandem rally in Taos, NM, next May (it's on the Tandem Cycle Works of Colorado site). We're already planning on going, partly just to see all the possible bikes to put on the wish list.

We'll end up with between 600-700 miles. Some great rides, just not enough of them. Darn this having to work for a living!

My wife and I only rode the tandem about 750 miles this year. We both also ride singles, hers about 2500 and mine about 7500. We did ride our tandem today, though, as a Thanksgiving togetherness thing.

1,055 on the tandem. But Gina got a new Pilot 5.2 in April. She's done 1900 on that since then. She's got about 3,000 for the year on the tnadem, Pilot and a couple of others. I don't care what she rides, just as long as she rides!

9400 Miles for us so far this year. We hoped to hit 10K, but it doesn't look like our schedule is going to cooperate for the next couple of weeks.

I would estimate that we did ~1000 miles on the tandem this year (although all the mileage was in the first 1/2 of the year).

May be a hundred miles
My first in my life tandem was Schwinn Twins Sport what I bought in Jan 2005.
After some maintenance we rode it with my wife appr may be 6 times and may be 70 miles.
It's nice bike, but heavy and not good for the transportation at all.
At the end of the summer I bought on craiglist more modern bike -- Univega Sport tandem -- probably 89, in very good condition, for $175
And this one we used only 3 times -- appr 30 miles.
It's huge difference between old Schwinn and not high end and still not new Univega.
I even can transport it using hitch rack on my Mazda Protege 5 vagon -- no cops have seen me yet, though.

Ride it like you stole it
About 300 miles, which was about what I figured we would have. In that same period I have about 1800 miles on my single bikes.

This was our first year with our tandem. I just checked bikejournal.com and we did 1,536 miles
on the tandem. Rides tooks us across five states and included the NWTR in OR.
I managed to add 500 miles on the single bike, and met an additional 500 miles as a bike commute goal.
2006 was a good year.

For anyone looking to see how they measure up against other teams, here's a link to an unscientific survey I conducted back in 2004 from which you can probably draw some comparative data on weight, age, miles ridden each year, etc:

1100 km on the Trek T100 (2000?,
2500 km on 2005 Shwinn Fastaback Comp my new road bike,
600 km on a 1983 Olmo Columbus tubing road bike I've had since it was new, had served its time, and split in half for no apparent reason. Metal fatigue/corrosion after maybe 25,000 km of Buenos Aires roads.
