Tandem-friendly Trainer
I'm looking for a cycle trainer that is wide enough for the 145mm dropouts on my daVinci. I don't intend to have us train on the thing, I'll mostly use it for my single bike, but I'd like to be able to put the tandem on when I've got a strange noise to diagnose that can't be id'ed on my stand. Any suggestions? Doesn't have to be anything fancy.

Kurt Kinetic is the only one I know that is specifically rated for tandem use, and its also a very good trainer.

I ordered a Kurt Kinetic Road Machine. Haven't had the tandem on it yet, but I think it will be a big improvement over the inexpensive trainer I gave to one of my sons. Thanks for all the input.
