I would add The Lake House at Lawther & NW Highway. Great place for beer & food after a White Rock Lake ride. You can park in their parking lot while you ride.

on 2 occasions I've made the mistake of eating a meal & drinking alcohol at the 1/2 way point in a solo ride. never again. maybe at the end of the ride, OK, but not in the middle. only exception is riding to the beach where I can hang out for a cpl hours to sun, swim & nap
