This would go to the Dallas County Federal Grand Jury.
I heard several vehicular cases (manslaughter, assault with deadly weapon, etc. involving cars) when serving this year.

It depends on the evidence and facts of the case. If there is enough evidence, it should go to trial.

I knew him. He was the father of one of my best friends in elementary school. This is pretty awful.

We ought to do that, it is the right thing to do. Haven't been to the intersection, but I do have an extra unrideable bike to donate to the cause.
