Used Adventure Cycling maps? - Trans Am, Northern Lakes, Northern Tier

My name is Collin, and I'm a cyclist from Saint Paul, MN. I'm embarking on my first big bike tour at 31 years old, riding with a buddy, and wanted to check out these forums for some trip insight! My trip should take me from Astoria, Oregon, roughly along the Trans-am route, until we hit Pueblo, CO, or thereabouts. From there, we plan on biking to the starting City for RAGBRAI (Sioux City, IA). From the end of RAGBRAI (Davenport), we're heading west to Maine by some route. If we're feeling ambitious, we'd like to bike Wisconsin to the UP, then back down through Michigan to Ohio, possibly taking the Northern Tier route to Maine. Alternatively, we may dip south of Chicago then head to Maine. I'd love any advice from other tourers who've done a similar trip in the US.

I'll have plenty of questions and have found many resources. I'm also currently looking for recent Adventure Cycling Trans-Am maps through Pueblo, CO, if anyone is willing to part with some used ones. I'd also consider buying North Lakes and Northern Tier route maps depending on where they run from. I'd like to avoid dropping $100 on new maps on the first leg, especially since we may not even follow that route strictly.

State Departments of transportation have free maps.

the selling price funds the ACA Map Route research .. If no response Here consider your being the generous one,

then Paying forward, re selling your used map purchase after finishing the trip.

There is a webpage with the ACA Maps to see.. perhaps mark the Route on the DOT maps . and dont sweat all the pre planned services
just ask the Locals where stuff is if you Need It.

I loaned my 4 OS maps of Ireland to a friend I met in Scotland, after finishing the Irish part of My Tour.

She mailed them back to me from Japan.

Hah! We're starting through Hawaii, then on to Japan!

Also, not looking for free maps but rather recent used AC maps at a discount compared to the new ones. I'm not certain we'll follow the route religiously which makes me reluctant to drop the full price on maps we may not use.

Huh?

Davenport to Maine via the UP, MI and OH is east. Clarity is more likely to illicit helpful responses.
