Alberta Cowboy Trail

Does anyone have information on the conditions for cyclists on the Cowboy Trail in Alberta?

Highway 22 south from Calgary is good riding in general, it will be busy close to the city especially on weekends. South of Longview to Crowsnest pass there aren't many facilites, but the ride is quite scenic through the foothills of the Canadian Rockies.

It is certainly a better route than taking Highway #2 from Calgary to the US border.
