Schwalbe Marathon Dureme

I was just wondering if anyone has any reviews of the new Marathon Dureme? I have to replace a Marathon XR and I'm considering the Dureme over the Extreme for a front tire in the 700x35 size. I'm still running an XR on the rear and and may change that eventually to an Extreme.

Thanks for any and all replies!

I went Extreme (my first Schwalbe tire) instead of Dureme, as I was anticipating a trip along the Great Divide this summer. A few months in with the Extreme and I'm loving it, even on pavement. Love that 2 inch tire (esp. as an ex-roadie).

Sorry I got nothing on the Dureme...but this post does serve as another bump.

Thanks Guys.

Neil, I did read that review and thought it was a very good one but I prefer a body of work more than one persons opinion even though It's an educated one.

Thanks again.

based on my experience with schwalbe, I would expect the tire to be exceptional.

I have used XR, big apples, marathon, and supremes. Loved them all, really.
