tour trix and tips

I have been looking through this site and others (CrazyGuy, WSL, AdvCyling, etc) for a sub-section I had seen about touring tricks and tips to use. The site included ideas of using dental floss for sewing rips in tent, adding a piece of destroyed tire to re-inforce ripped tire to get to "B" from "A", and others.
Does anyone have idea where I can find this sub-site? Again, I thought it was here in BF...
Thanks!

The thread you are looking for is here ... https://www.bikeforums.net/showthread...ips-and-Tricks

It is hiding in a sticky thread called something like Former Sticky Threads.

Personally, I think it should regain its status as a sticky because it really is a good thread, and often asked for.

Thanks Machka,

That thread is the one I was looking for! Now I have to figure a way to quick access it.

I thought I remembered when it was in the "Sticky" section of BF-Tour.

Thanks again and happy holidays!!!
