The clickstand arrived today and after having a quick play with it I'm very happy that I ordered it. This is such a more logical tool for a months-long self-supported tour than the double leg kickstand. And it weighs like.. less than a tshirt. I loaded up my bike with all 4 full panniers and popped it on and it just stood there, nice and stable, even while I took the bags on and off, and it's smaller than I thought, I should be able to just toss it in my handlebar bag. That hasn't arrived yet, so I'm not 100% it will fit, but even if it doesn't I can just toss it in a pannier or whatever. And it was 20 bucks cheaper than the pletscher... which i dicked with for 2 hours, damaged my bike, didn't get it to work properly still, and sold it the next day. I would recommend this to anyone. I was kinda put off by all the viral-ish hype about it from other cyclists online, but I see now it is well-deserved.

Yes, but I actually need water. To each his own. At least the click stand could double for jousting. I will stick with my method that weighs nothing and is free.
