ortlieb and klickfix fitting clamps
I recently bought a new bike and I am trying to fit my ortlieb classic paniers and a handlebar bag. Unfortunately the new bike has bars and a rack with thicker tubing, so I need to replace the clamps/brackets for both.
That's what I need for my bag attachment

And that's what I need for the ortliebs

They are not expensive to buy... but I've yet to find one shop here in Vancouver to sell any of these, or one online shop that sells both at once. These parts are tiny, but most of the online shops will still charge something like $30 to ship something as small and cheap as these.
Are you maybe aware of any online shop that has both brands?

If the rack is larger, you shouldn't need inserts - they're for fitting smaller diameter rack tubing/rod.

BTW, Ortlieb panniers normally include both sizes of hook inserts, so that the pannier will fit 5-16mm diameter tubing/rod. You might want to check and see if you hid the inserts away somewhere.
It's not a bad idea to carry spare inserts with you on tour, or even complete hooks, like:

Notice the hooks-with-handle include 1 set of inserts (your "spare" set).

Seeker, unfortunately I bought the paniers back in England, they installed them for me and I am not sure if they gave me the spares. I asked my parents back home to look for them together with a possible different clamp for the handlebar bag... but without any luck.
The paniers can indeed hook on the rack without these plastic parts, but the fit is not tight at all.
thanks a lot for your input

ok after cycling around the city all morning and going via 10 bikes shops I found both parts. For the ortlieb parts, you have to buy both sizes x2 and feels a bit rip off at $22 for just a bit of plastic. oh well...
