Brooks B17 Set up Challenge!

I have ridden my B17 since last November on my road bike and then on our tandem for a month long tour this Summer. But I have a new LHT and am having a challenge getting it "right" on this bike. Yesterday I decided to start from scratch. I set the saddle dead level and went out for a ride with my tools. Immediately I stopped and started adding some tilt up to the nose as I was slipping forward. This AM ,after reading last night, I will put a level from the handle bar to the saddle just to see where I am. I added some height to the seat post and had my wife take some pics to let me see my leg extension. That looks good.
The main problem/challenge is I seem to be slipping around more on this bike.
Thoughts?
Thanks!
