Our first tour

When I joined Adventure Cycling Association a few years ago, I received a sticker that said "I am an adventure cyclist".
Now that my wife and I have finished a short credit card tour, perhaps it should say "we are adventure cyclist".
It was only a 5 night six day mini tour. I know it can't compete with the long tourers out there but I'd like to think we are tourers just the same.
We simply took our hybrid bikes, adapted them a bit and at 57 we finally tried a mini tour. If you'd like to read our journal, please click this link.

Congratulations! After reading your blog, I have to agree with you; you are adventure/touring cyclists.

Caution: bike touring is addictive.
