I got a busted Bianchi-Deda sprint bar for free. It's slightly bent and I am thinking of using it for a flop'n'chop. Do I do??

Dear Carleton,
I've been getting indigestion a lot lately, which never happened to me before. I haven't made any significant diet changes. I mostly, and most painfully, get it after eating things that are starchy/grainy. Any idea what could be causing this?

Hey Carleton. Do you keep your pant legs rolled up when you get off your bike?
Do you wear a cyclists cap at all times?
What do you think of the Nashbar Nekkid as a first budget "Track frame"? Or should I stick to steel.
Currently have a Reynolds 531 conversion, and ride 10+ miles a day

Their road and track frames have the identical geometry, except there are track ends on the Nekkid version.
How tall are you and what is your cycling inseam?

sounds like it could be celiacs or a wheat allergy or something completely different, if it's celiacs the only cure is avoiding gluten or smoking tree, if it's a wheat allergy you can either avoid wheat or maybe get shots, also i'm not a doctor but i have a gluten sensitivity, it sucks, try avoiding gluteny things and see how it effects you, on a bad night i'll absent mindedly have a beer and be in pain for hours

Your cog is slipping.

This isn't the "Dear soyboy" thread. For that to happen, you'll need to beat Carleton in a no-gloves boxing match and outscore him in a series of math quizzes.

sorry scrod, didn't mean to derail your fun, just trying to help another glutard out, i don't want my own thread, i can't imagine i'd be any good at boxing, i'm pretty good at math but i imagine carleton is as well so i don't think i could win over all.
schwinn madison with DA hubs laced to black veeps and VO montemart cruiser bars and stem, it gets the job done and locking anything nicer in nyc would make me nervous. also i agree with carleton we should all be out riding our bikes, it's beautiful outside today, i just got home from a ride to a text from my lady saying she was clipped by a town car, she's fine but everyone be careful out there. i'm headed back out now.
