Hi, Morelock. Welcome to the forum.

Any chance you can give us a quick review of your Walker Brother's disc? They are not common here in the US.

Indeed, it's the only one I've seen, although the word seems to be out now that the Ethereal has been released.

Mine is a Revo2, nice wide-ish rim (I've got a 22mm Vitt Pista Evo on it but a 23 would fit slightly better to the profile of the rim) with a good hub (Miche) and solid build construction from my experience. It's hollow and lens shaped (which is the only thing that's kept me from buying a front to match yet, I am trying to wait to see if I can borrow a couple of wheels to test lens vs. flat with the Fuji's fork) and honestly priced well below most of it's competition even with the exchange rate. It's one of the nicest discs I've ridden (and while I don't have experience with track discs in particular, I have tried pretty much every road disc made in the last 15 years) Brian was also a good dude to deal with, quick to respond and had it at my door (in Knoxville) in a little under two weeks.

I couldn't comment on stiffness though... it's stiff for me, but I am no sprinter by any stretch.

Indeed, I've even got my name on the wall (for the Wiggins Hour) for the time being Although I'm guessing it won't last long. I'm pretty much sandwiched between RH and DLV, but I don't have to sit through Atlanta traffic going to RH

Hey Rusty, iirc you got the campagnolo chainring knurled chainring bolts for your vision crank. Do they stay put with the knurling ? I finally received my dura-ace knurled chainring bolts and they don't stay in place on ym vision crank. I am guessing I will have to crazyglue them on.

I have only changed chainrings once since I installed them and one of 5 fell out. If it continues to be an issue Iíll try a little glue as well. No slipping when I tighten them down though.

Thanks for info rusty. Then I am guessing the vision chainring bolt holes have a bigger diameter than the dura-ace or campagnolo cranks. In my case too, they were not slipping when I was tightening them.

Tubular glue on the backside of all 5 works brilliant. It also makes changing out rings a wonderful experience again as the rear/female always stays in place.

Nice ride. I never got used to the Kashimax saddles. Something about the shape. Ass-hatchet would be the best way to describe it.

I was looking at this bike again and there are a lot of little subtle details that pop out the more you look at it. Would love to see this in person.

@Morelock and @taras0000 , thank you so much for the compliments and the interest in my bike . This was a fun build , the frame was rescued from the dumpster it was in real bad shape . It started life as a Centurion Comp / TA , I built a frame jig and brazed on the track ends , the fork is a NJS Kerin racer but I had to lengthen the steerer tube . The paint is Krylon blue shimmer clear coated . Lug striping was my first try , shakey old fart hand lol . My goal with this bike is to get back on the track ( practice days only ) I'm to old for that racing shi* . For a better describe please look here https://www.pedalroom.com/ check my other bikes too . Just type in markwesti . Thanks Bros.

Ha! You almost made it sound easy! Great job on the restoration. I'm even more impressed now. Enjoy the ride.
