My wife is new to biking so she doesn't have anything fancy. Her rear wheel is fixed and not quick release. We have a bike trainer that I use to train in the winter but I'm not sure how to fit her bike on it. Can we use the axl bolts or do I have to add something? She's scared the tire is going to fall off!

Pretty sure it won't work without a quick release thru-axel. Did the trainer come with one? Can you use it on this bike?

It didn't come with one but I can buy one. I'm not sure how to change out the existing axle though.
