Muscle Names?

What are the names of the muscles that we use while biking?

My goal is to better track exactly what muscles that I am exercising during various activities.

Thanks!

Depends on the cycling. I use just about all of my muscles with the way I cycle. If you are talking road cycling than the muscles used (while still most of them) are limited more to the lower body.

top of your leg: Quadriceps
Underside of leg: Hamstrings
below the knee: Calves

It can get more specific for inner, outer, etc. but this pretty much sums it up.
